Important 2026 Dates for parents:
January 6: $2000 per camper tuition payment charged
April 1: Final tuition payment charged
May 15: Camper medical forms and Authorized Grown Up forms due
Mid-May:
- Bus assignments go out
- Parent Handbook goes out
- Set up your account on the Riverbend App
Early June:
- Zoom pre-orientation sessions with Division Heads
- Lunch orders open
June 18: Week 1 lunch order due
June 19: Bus rider introductions go out
June 20-21: Welcome Weekend at Camp
June 29: Opening day of the 2026 season
July 3: Camp is closed
July 4: Group lists and counselor introductions go out
Mid July: Tour weekend for prospective families
Early August: 2027 season applications open for 2026 enrolled families only
Mid-August: 2027 season applications open for all on a first-come, first-served basis
August 14: Last day of the 2026 season
Carnival & Special Days
Camp Riverbend has special events on
Fridays and twice a summer there are even Carnival Days. Campers can’t wait for the land and water inflatables and awesome games – it is a real treat! We welcome outside entertainers for special shows and create our own fun with the banner parade, the counselor talent show, the giant Pancake Breakfast, game shows, a late night (for rising 3rd graders and up) – you name it! The fun never stops here, and traditions carry on generation after generation. Take a look at the video to get a glimpse of the exciting, special days!
